Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, following a government meeting on April 21, signed a decree according to which an additional 60.5 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of medical, educational, cultural institutions and roads in the regions.
How reported in the press service of the government, the allocated funds will go:
- for the modernization of one of the buildings of the State Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin for use as a scientific information center;
- for the construction of a hostel complex for students of the Siberian Federal University in Krasnoyarsk;
- for the reconstruction of the Ust-Kamchatsk airport in the Kamchatka Territory;
- for the construction and reconstruction of the Baikal, Lena, Kolyma and Kavkaz highways;
- for the construction of schools and the modernization of medical facilities in the regions.
The money was allocated on behalf of President Vladimir Putin following meetings in 2022.
