The government proposed to exempt from personal income tax assistance to mobilized

The government has prepared amendments that propose to exempt material assistance to mobilized citizens from personal income tax and insurance premiums. Taxes will not be levied on both the money received and the property.

AT press release The Ministry of Finance clarifies that the transfer of such property will not be subject to VAT, and the expenses of the organization will be taken into account for income tax purposes. It is expected that in the near future amendments will be submitted to the State Duma.

Partial mobilization has been carried out in Russia since September 21. On October 17, the Ministry of Finance sent a project to support the mobilized to the government. Among the proposals of the department is an increase in the deadline for paying taxes and submitting documents to the tax authorities.
