The benefit is provided within the framework of the federal project “Electric car and hydrogen car”. It covers toll sections of the M-1, M-3, M-4, M-11, M-12, Central Ring Road, the northern bypass of Odintsovo, as well as the section from the 15th to the 58th kilometer of the M-11 highway.

According to Kommersant, the most popular sections were M-11 Moscow-Solnechnogorsk and the Odintsovo bypass. Moreover, most often Tesla and other electric cars of foreign rather than domestic production were seen there.
