The Russian government has doubled the lump-sum payment for families with many children in the Primorsky Territory, in which a third child will be born in 2022 and before the end of 2025. Thus, the size of the lump-sum payment will be 1 million rubles.
“Lending programs that allow you to improve your living conditions – buy an apartment in a new building or build a house – have proven themselves well. Many citizens, including residents of the Far East, took advantage of them, and such support became a help to large families, ”said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin (quoted from site cabinet).
As Mr. Mishustin specified, these funds can be used for full or partial repayment of a mortgage loan. For these purposes, Primorsky Krai will receive 450 million rubles.
In addition, as part of the program to support families with children, the Russian government earlier approved the indexation of maternity capital by 12.4% from February 1, 2023. The amount of payments for the first child will be 589.5 thousand rubles, for the second child – 779 thousand rubles.
