The Russian government has clarified the procedure for distributing 30 million rubles, allocated from the Reserve Fund for one-time payments to those awarded for having many children. The order was published on the official Internet portal legal information.
In 2024, out of 30 million rubles. 20 million rub. will go towards monetary incentives for heroine mothers, 5.5 million rubles for those awarded the Order of Parental Glory, 5.2 million rubles for those awarded the medal of this order.
According to the government order, at least 11 people awarded the Order of Parental Glory will receive 5.5 thousand rubles. At least 26 holders of the order’s medal are claiming a payment of 5.2 thousand rubles. When conferring the title “Mother Heroine”, a payment of 20 thousand rubles is expected. At least 20 people will receive it.
The government instructed the Ministry of Labor to monitor the targeted and effective use of funds. The corresponding report must be submitted by February 1, 2025.
The title “Heroine Mother” can be given to women who have given birth and raised ten or more children. The Order of Parental Glory is awarded to parents raising seven or more children. The medal of the order is awarded to parents raising four or more children. 2024 has been declared the Year of the Family in Russia.
