The government approved road maps for two more high-tech areas

The Government Commission for Digital Development has approved the roadmaps New Industrial Software and New General System Software, the press service of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said.

The work on the roadmaps was organized on behalf of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin within the framework of the ICC (Industrial Competence Centers) and the CCR (Competence Centers for the Development of General System and Application Software). In total, at the end of the year, six roadmaps for high-tech areas were formed and approved, including Quantum Computing, Quantum Communications, Artificial Intelligence and Modern and Future Mobile Networks.

“Roadmaps are, on the one hand, a reflection of the real needs of economic sectors in import-substituting software solutions, on the other hand, a direct guide to achieving technological independence… Generally speaking, the result of the implementation of roadmaps should be a qualitatively different, import-leading, digital landscape of the Russian economy,” Chernyshenko said.

He clarified that about 200 companies were involved in the work done – customers and developers of IT solutions, which proposed over 300 projects, which were eventually included in the roadmaps. We are talking, in particular, about the projects of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, the Kalashnikov Group of Companies, Sheremetyevo Airport, JSC “Transmashholding“,”Rusagro“, “M-Video”, PJSC “Novatek“, PJSC “Lukoil“and PJSC”Severstal“.

Most of the projects (over 200 billion rubles) will be financed by the companies themselves, including as part of agreements with the government to create conditions to ensure guaranteed demand for products. 20 billion rubles will be attracted for other projects. credit and 23 billion rubles. grant funds.

At the same time, projects that are currently at the development stage can also be included in the roadmaps.
