In St. Petersburg, members of the so-called “Party of the Dead” – an artistic and political project, were searched, in connection with the activities of which a criminal case was initiated on insulting the feelings of believers, said Fontanka. According to the publication, the searches are conducted by the FSB.
According to the investigation, the participants of the association carry out their actions at military graves and city cemeteries. One of the co-founders of the association, according to Wikipedia, is the artist Maxim Evstropov, who left for Georgia after the start of the SVO.
According to the publication, searches were also carried out at Evstropov’s “mentors” – the leaders of the Roza Palace of Culture, various events and exhibitions of an opposition orientation were held on the basis of the Palace of Culture.
According to investigators, DK received financial support from a certain German foundation.
Later, Fontanka reported that after the search, Kristina Bubentsova, a member of the Party of the Dead, was detained and taken to the main investigation department of the TFR in St. Petersburg.
