The Executive Board of the Football Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina refused to hold a match with the Russian national team, previously scheduled for November 19. The Russian Football Union (RFU) said they expected the match to be cancelled.

“The friendly match between the national teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Russia, which was supposed to take place on November 19 in St. Petersburg, will not be played at this time. The Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) considered the holding of the match as support for Russia’s actions in Ukraine. UAF demanded from UEFA and FIFA to cancel the game.
