A meeting was held in Cheboksary on plans for celebrating the 555th anniversary of the capital of Chuvashia this year. During the meeting, the head of the city of Cheboksary Denis Spirin assured the Head of Chuvashia Oleg Nikolaev that the sports facility will be opened in the anniversary year.
The construction of the first football arena in Cheboksary is being implemented within the framework of the federal project “Sport is the norm of life” of the national project “Demography”. The total amount of financing for the arena is 338.37 million rubles.
This week it is planned to begin concreting the foundation of the arena, having previously driven 275 piles.
