Curling, a new sport for the region, is starting to develop in the Sakhalin Region. Demonstrative master classes were held on the basis of the Kristall sports school. As part of trial classes, the islanders could get acquainted with the equipment and rules of the game. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the region.
Ekaterina Antonova, champion of Russia, master of sports and curling coach, shares her knowledge with the local coach. Together with the head coach of the national team of the Khabarovsk Territory Pavel Mishin, they gave the first master classes for everyone.
