The final of the Russian Bandy Championship will take place in Kemerovo

The results of the Competition for the right to host the Super League final and the match for 3rd place have been summed up. The honorable right to host the season finale and the celebration of Russian hockey fell to the city of Kemerovo.

Previously, the Directorate for Organizing and Conducting Competitions of the Russian Bandy Federation held a competition for the right to host a “package” of sporting events within the framework of the Russian Bandy Championship. The “package” of events includes three events that will take place from March 19 to 24.

Based on the results of the selection and agreement of the parties, it was decided to hold the previously announced “package” of events in the city of Kemerovo.

Kemerovo Ice Palace “Kuzbass” will host:

• Match for third place at the Russian Bandy Championship – March 19, 2024;
• The final match of the Russian Bandy Championship – March 20, 2024;

Also in Kemerovo there will be a celebration of Russian hockey, which will include: a tournament among children’s teams, a tournament among veterans and amateurs, a Super Cup tournament among women’s teams, an open training session for the Russian national team, competitions and an exhibition match with the participation of the strongest hockey players of the Super League.

The Russian hockey festival will take place from March 22 to 24, 2024.

All of the above events will take place from March 19 to 24 at the Kuzbass Ice Palace in the city of Kemerovo.

Earlier it became known that the hockey team “Kuzbass” secured its leadership in the regular season.
