The fight for the Santa Claus Curling Cup takes place in Khabarovsk

According to Government of the Khabarovsk Territory, the Santa Claus Curling Cup started on Lenin Square. The mini-tournament of the “street” format is held for the first time.
To participate, you need to assemble a team of three people and sign up in advance in order to arrive at the appointed time. So far, five teams have applied, and those who have not registered are joining.
– We do not refuse anyone. Even more people signed up for January 7, everyone has a chance to join the fight for the main prize, – said curling coach Pavel Mishin.
At the end of the tournament, the two best teams will play each other in the final match. The winners will be awarded a certificate for a free game in the Platinum Arena in “big” curling for eight people. The winners will receive symbolic prizes.
The games will also be held on January 7 and 8 from 12:00 to 16:00 on Lenin Square. The playground is flooded here, and last year Khabarovsk craftsmen made wooden stones – especially for the street format of the game. They have already been tested during master classes at the national skating rink last winter.
