The federal project “That same physical education teacher” started in Serpukhov

Against the backdrop of the growing popularity of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, the city of Serpukhov became the first city to implement an all-Russian project called “The Same Physical Teacher.”

The idea of ​​this initiative is not only to promote sports among young people, but also to raise the prestige of the profession of a physical education teacher. The tournament took place at the Lesnaya Pushka sports complex.

The initiator of this project is an activist of the all-Russian public organization “Healthy Fatherland”, a famous athlete Mikhail Koklyaev, who is not only an eight-time champion of Russia in weightlifting, but also works as a physical education teacher in one of the Moscow schools. His passion for sport and educating younger generations, as well as his understanding of the importance of making physical activity accessible and fun for everyone, has made him an inspiring leader of this initiative.

Mikhail Koklyaev emphasized that it is important for him not only to teach physical education, but also to instill in students the ability to work in teamwork. In his understanding, the teacher and student should be a single team, striving for common goals and success.

The event was organized by the public organization “Healthy Fatherland”.

At the tournament, which took place in Serpukhov, representatives of 25 educational institutions gathered, forming 34 double teams. Participants, consisting of teachers and students, were tested to meet GTO standards, and also overcame difficult obstacle courses.

As a result of a fair fight, physical education teacher of school No. 2 Tatyana Fomina and her student Egor Ivanov won. The main prize of the “That Same Physical Teacher” project awaits them – 200 thousand rubles for the purchase of sports equipment for the school. This victory was a well-deserved recognition of their work and efforts.

The organizers’ future plans include expanding the geography of the “That Same Physical Education Teacher” project with the involvement of educational institutions from all regions of Russia.
