On September 23, at about 6 p.m., in the courtyard of a house on Michurinsky Prospekt, a conflict occurred between children, which escalated into a beating of the father of a 9-year-old girl. The boy who initially participated in the conflict is the son of Ali Belkhoroev. The young man detained for beating his parent (he was arrested on charges of hooliganism) is the nephew of Ali Belkhoroev.
– Tell us step by step how events developed on the evening of September 23?
– My daughter, she is 9 years old, was walking with her friends in the yard. At about 6 pm my daughter called me and asked me to leave. She said that a boy was hitting her on the head with a stick.
– Did she know this boy?
– Personally, no, and I have never communicated with him. I went downstairs and found my daughter standing near a wooden slide with 3-4 girlfriends, and around there was a group of boys 10-12 years old with sticks in their hands. Quite weighty, I must say. I come up and ask who beat my daughter. Everyone pointed their finger at one boy named Jakub. He didn’t even object, but self-confidently said, “It’s me. And what?” After these words, I snatched the stick from his hands, broke it and threw it away.
-Did you use violence against him?
– No. I grabbed him by the collar of his clothes and politely enough invited him to talk to his parents. But then someone he knew ran up and hung on my arm. This was quite unexpected, so Yakub was able to break free and ran to the trash bin shouting “You bitches are finished, I’ll deal with you.” Then the wife came up. We found out from the neighbors where Yakub lived, decided to go and talk to his parents, called the apartment, but no one answered us. Then we went back down to the yard and walked towards the site.
– Did your daughter remain in the yard at that time?
– Yes, she didn’t come with us. And when we went down again, her friend ran up and said – your daughter was caught by the older guys. I rushed to where she pointed. They run up and see: a concrete fence, my daughter is pressed against it. She is crying, about six boys of 14-15 years old are standing nearby, actively shouting at her, waving their hands. Those. bullying is a very mild word. I ran to the most important thing, which was in the center, and carefully laid it on the lawn to allow my daughter to leave.
– Were there any adults around?
– Were! The most amazing thing was that a group of mothers stood nearby, a few meters from us. As I understand it now, the mothers of these boys. While these guys were mocking my daughter, they did not pay attention to the situation, but when I intervened, they ran up shouting “What are you doing! How dare you! You are beating our child.” They started pushing me. I had one task – to get my daughter out of this situation. I pulled away a little, let go of the boy, he started screaming and waving his arms. By the way, I would like to note that the boy ran around the yard for the rest of the evening – apparently, he felt great.
-Have you tried to talk to these women?
– I tried, but at that moment it was pointless. I took the child and we went home. But after 3-5 minutes I received a call on my phone from an unfamiliar number – a certain woman said: please come down, I want to discuss the situation with the children. I go down, again I see a crowd of these mothers, 12 people and a bunch of other people. I call the woman who called me, I see that she is in the middle of this crowd. “Let’s talk calmly together,” I told her. In response – screams, swearing, threats. I ended up sitting on a bench and waiting.
– What did you expect when you sat on the bench?
– That common sense will prevail and you will still be able to talk to your parents. In addition, if you run away from this situation, it means that the child will always have to be afraid of something. So we have to wait for the situation to be resolved.
– But in the end it was resolved completely differently than you expected?
– Yes. About 5 minutes passed. One of the women brought three guys. They didn’t even let me get up – they immediately hit me. The first blow was to the nose. I lost my orientation, they continued to strike. All this lasted 15 seconds, then they ran away. I asked my wife, who was nearby, to call security and the police.
– Actually, your opponents claim that they also suffered…
“I heard one of the active ladies on the other side say that we also need to call an ambulance.” They even assigned roles: your stomach would hurt, you would be hit on the head, you would be choked. That is, the underlying reason was this: I just beat up the kids, and they came to get even with me. Although all the video materials show that everyone I allegedly attacked was in perfect health, no one beat them. And I’m lying in the hospital with a broken nose, a concussion, and I feel disgusting.
– Why then were they recorded injuries?
– Good question. The nurse from the second ambulance, which arrived a little later, said that mothers came up to them in the yard and asked to examine the children and record the injuries. But there were no injuries, and the ambulance did not hospitalize them.
– Did you talk to your daughter after the episode? How did she survive all this?
– She had a bad time, she has psychological trauma. Moreover, this boy with a stick, as the children explained to us, is not the first time he has behaved aggressively. My daughter, on the contrary, tried to get away from him, but after she called me, he hit her again.
