It is useful to take a sample contract from a car dealership and study it at home. Honest car dealerships, most likely, will not refuse such a request, and fraudulent ones will not let you make a contract.

In addition, the expert advises, even before going to a car dealership, to carefully study online reviews about it, especially negative ones.

Shelkov also said that when checking the statutory documents of a legal entity, you need to look at its authorized capital. “10-50 thousand rubles is not serious for a large car dealership,” he said.
