As reported, forensic experts came to the conclusion that the upper parts of the ears of the dead prisoners of war were cut off during their lifetime, their legs were shot, and one of the soldiers had a broken neck.
The special group for fixing crimes included Anna Soroka, adviser to the Head of the LPR, and Victoria Serdyukova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the LPR.
Now the materials will be handed over to the head of the Lugansk office of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Biljana Milosevic, to be sent to the headquarters in Geneva. This is direct evidence of the use of torture and torture by the Ukrainian side in violation of the Geneva Conventions on the treatment of prisoners of war.
The bodies of the dead fighters after the necessary measures will be handed over to relatives, the report said.
