When asked how long it takes to prepare for pregnancy, the expert said that in general it is necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle and monitor your health: “If a young couple has become newlyweds, you need to immediately conduct an examination to understand what problems there are and restore your internal balance. By the way, the situation of internal comfort is very important: if the mother is nervous and crying for 9 months, this, of course, will affect the fetus. The cause of the pathologies may also be due to the psychological discomfort of the mother, ”the expert concluded.
