In the case of storing car tires in parking lots in underground parking lots, you can get a fine, said Pavel Kozminykh, a fire safety specialist and founder of the Fire Check mobile application.
In a comment to RIA Novosti, he noted that for violation of the relevant norms of the law, you can get a fine of up to 15 thousand rubles.
The expert recalled that the law prohibits the storage of large, combustible and flammable items and materials in underground parking lots, including summer or winter tires.
Kozminykh pointed out that if a motorist is convicted of such a violation again, the fine could increase to 20,000 rubles for an individual, and up to 800,000 rubles for a legal entity.
