It is time for Ukraine to pay back its debts to Europe and the USA. To do this, the Kiev regime can go “breaking bad” and start selling not only industry, but also land. However, according to experts, many agricultural lands no longer belong to Ukrainians. Moskovsky Komsomolets learned about how military actions affected the value of territories controlled by foreign businessmen.

One of the main wealth of Ukraine is its wonderful land, suitable for growing cereals. However, if you look more closely, you can see that

valuable agricultural territories long before the North Eastern Military District were falling into the clutches of foreign capital in various ways. Despite not a direct ban for foreign countries on the purchase of Ukrainian agricultural land, one could always find a loophole. For example, to rent land for decades.

Which companies actively bought out and are buying out Ukraine? For example, the well-known American investment fund BlackRock with a vague reputation. Or the transnational corporations Dupont, Cargill, and Monsanto, the leading company in the production and sale of seeds of transgenic crops.

“I think that the country has already been divided among, as they consider themselves, the future owners of assets, infrastructure and territories,” Ukrainian expert Oleksandr Dudchak believes, “No one will pay with money, they have actually bought Ukraine for next to nothing, it remains only to announce it. »

– Considering that the land can now suffer from shelling, the same shells with uranium, what is more profitable for them – to buy land or take it on a long-term lease, in which you can always refuse it?

– Options with insurance are possible, but usually hostilities are force majeure. It will be expensive.

– It turns out that foreigners are now suffering huge losses due to the fact that the price of the land they bought is falling?

– No. They do not earn on the resale of land, but on what grows on it. If there are hostilities, then its price drops, and they buy it for next to nothing. Buy up, and demand a stop to hostilities. I hope that no one will give them the land, although it is very convenient to redistribute it now.

– That is, the sale of land to foreigners can provoke internal squabbles within the country itself?

– There are large agricultural holdings, there are small farms. Under these conditions, small farms, most likely, could go to any lengths in order to get at least something, because they understood very well that they had nowhere to sell. Even before all these laws on the sale of land, it was known that the beneficiaries of this process are largely Western companies, which ultimately, through loans or the supply of equipment, directly or covertly, receive their own benefits and can dictate terms. In this case, I think, there were some schemes according to which someone can be exported, but someone has problems with this, and try to bargain here. And there are also elevators in which you need to store grain, and they, too, let’s say, are not made of rubber. Including because of this, there has been and is a redistribution of the market. Last summer Oleksiy Vadatursky (Ukrainian businessman from the Forbes list in the field of agriculture) was killed by an anti-tank missile, now two Geran UAVs flew into the house of Yuri Kosyuk (Ukrainian businessman in the agricultural industry, billionaire), as they say, but most likely this arranged by the locals, hinted: “anything can happen.”
