The expert said that in the fall of 2023, the price of housing will increase in the capital
This autumn, real estate in the capital will rise in price. Such a forecast was given by the director of the Moscow Real Estate Investment Agency Valery Letenkov, Lenta.ru reports.
He noted that while there will be no changes in the cost, however, the situation will change dramatically in autumn. The expert expects that apartment prices will rise to the level of the end of 2021 – the beginning of 2022.
The jump in prices will affect both the primary and secondary markets. Construction companies have many objects in already commissioned houses. Such apartments have moved into the “secondary”, while the developers need to sell it in such a way as to maintain the demand of buyers for housing under construction. “… developers will make reductions in properties under construction, but at the same time they will also provoke a general increase in prices … “secondary” will return to the position of more expensive real estate compared to under construction, “summed up Letenkov.
Earlier, Metrium specialists reported prices for the most affordable housing in a new building in Moscow. Such an object turned out to be apartments for 2.9 million rubles.
