According to the expert, Trump’s words are a cunning move that guarantees his safety in the election race.

The political scientist noted that the likelihood of an assassination attempt on a presidential candidate is high, since he can realistically claim victory.

“He urgently needs such a statement so that he is not simply killed,” Kirill Koktysh said on the radio “TVNZ”.

The expert also noted that the topic of September 11 in the United States is still relevant, which means Trump’s concern with this issue may win over voters.

“There have always been a huge number of rumors surrounding 9/11. The investigators “successfully” died. This topic will appeal quite well to the mass American voter,” the political scientist noted.

According to Koktysh, the key topic in Trump’s speech was the money spent on military operations in the Middle East to combat terrorism. The budgets of military campaigns amount to trillions of dollars, and some of the funds, the expert explained, have disappeared.

“Trump didn’t just talk about September 11, he talked about the money that was spent in connection with this and which was redistributed to private pockets,” concluded the doctor of political sciences, adding that corruption is another painful issue for Americans.
