“I recommend on this day (as on any other) to do a good deed,” says Karagay. – Charity in all its forms is welcomed, including in expressing gratitude: to your loved ones, teachers, parents, betrayals.

At this time, shamanists organize a toi – a thanksgiving ceremony, a ritual of feeding ancestors, when large offerings are made, a lot of food is prepared, and fires are lit. But it is also very important for a person who is far from shamanism to do this so as not to kill the person in himself. “If you suppress your emotions inside yourself, thinking that troubles will go away on their own, your soul becomes very small and vulnerable,” explains the expert.

In the philosophy of shamanism, March 21 is called the period of the Opening of the Heavenly Gates. This is one of the most important days of the year, when it is believed that dark spirits leave and light ones come. In many cultures, this day celebrates the New Year and the official beginning of astronomical spring.

At this moment a person can see the transition from the dark season to the light season. But this is not the same as “it was bad – it will become good.” It was just different. On this day it is important to be grateful to anyone. – During the period of the Open Gates of Heaven (from March 21 to September 21), we must take specific actions, this is the time when everything will work out if you get up and do it. You will not get any changes you need, even if you sit around the clock in meditation and faith in a bright future. You create your own future, spirits only help you. But whether they will agree to help a lazy person who is not ready for anything in return is a very big question,” Karagai continues.

This day is a great reason to give up negative thoughts and actions for at least six months, reorient yourself to doing the right things and achieving good goals. It is believed that dark spirits are retiring, which means space is being freed up. And we need to make sure that the bright spirits not only come, but also stay – for our own good.

Do some general cleaning. Pay special attention to the cleanliness of windows and the farthest corners. Throw out all the trash, and not just from your home. “Progenerate” your body by washing it and cleaning it, your thoughts and desires. You can deceive your neighbor, but it’s unlikely to deceive yourself.

You can write down your plans and goals for at least the next six months. Create some amulets that will serve as a reminder of the promise you made to the spirits. But the main thing is your actions!
