The EU warned of retaliatory measures against North Korea in the event of military support from the Russian Federation

“Any type of military support for Russia from North Korea will be met with an appropriate response,” he said.

The EC representative also called on Moscow to respect the sanctions imposed by the UN Security Council against North Korea.
