The effectiveness of digital transformation in departments will be checked by state public

The Ministry of Digital Transformation will control the heads of government agencies for maintaining state public pages on the VKontakte social network, using an electronic signature and readiness to switch to the Gostech platform. This follows from the new methodology for assessing the level of digital transformation, which the Ministry of Digital Transformation sent out to federal and regional authorities in early June. This was told to Vedomosti by a source close to one of the departments. The representative of the Ministry of Digital Development confirmed the sending of the document, specifying that the methodology was approved by the presidium of the government commission on digital development on April 20.

There are 16 indicators in the methodology, five of which, including the above, are introduced for the first time. Heads of departments should once a month provide information on the publication of posts on the social network, report once a quarter on the use of the services of the Gostech platform and monitor the degree of satisfaction of citizens with the quality of services provided by the department on the public services portal.
