The Dutch authorities approved plans for the Russian presidential elections in The Hague

The Russian Embassy in the Netherlands reported that the Kingdom’s Foreign Ministry responded positively to plans to hold Russian presidential elections in The Hague. The Russian Embassy is also located in The Hague.

Russian diplomats notified the Dutch authorities in advance that they intended to organize a polling station at the embassy for the Russian presidential elections. The diplomatic mission also reported that they will make every effort to ensure that Russian citizens in the Netherlands can exercise their right to vote.

Let us remind you that the elections are scheduled for March 17, 2024, but will last three days, starting on March 15. In addition to the current head of the country, Vladimir Putin, Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov and Vladislav Davankov are participating in the elections.
