A bill will be prepared in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, according to which a serious deadline will be set for those who are trying to disrupt the elections by arson or other socially dangerous means.
This was announced by the first deputy leader of the “A Just Russia – For Truth” faction, a member of the Duma commission to investigate the facts of interference of foreign states in the internal affairs of Russia, Yana Lantratova, in an interview with TASS.
According to her, if the bill is adopted, the punishment for attempting to disrupt elections by arson or other socially dangerous means will be up to 8 years in prison.
Earlier it was reported about provocations at polling stations in Moscow, Rostov, Izhevsk and some other cities.
