The DPR introduced military censorship and banned strikes

The authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) introduced military censorship in the region, should from the decree of the head of the region Denis Pushilin.
“Introduce military censorship of mail and messages transmitted via telecommunications systems, as well as control of telephone conversations,” the document says.
The FSB Directorate for the DPR, as well as the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Information of the region must develop and approve a joint procedure for monitoring military censorship, the decree says.
With the same document, Pushilin established a curfew in the region. It will come into effect on Monday 25 September and will only apply to weekdays. “A ban has been established on citizens being on the streets and in other public places every week from Monday to Friday from 23:00 to 04:00,” follows from the document.
The measure, as noted, limits the movement of public and private transport in the absence of special permission, the presence of citizens on the street and in other public places, with the exception of employees of certain services and security agencies. In addition, holding rallies, demonstrations and strikes is prohibited in the DPR.
The republican authorities are introducing the listed measures in accordance with the decree of the Russian President of October 2022 on the establishment of martial law in the region.
