The desire to eat something sweet increases in a person, that is, the desire to get the most affordable source of energy. Thus, stress can be a direct cause of obesity.
Konyukhova recommended increasing physical activity to combat stress, which reduces anxiety, promotes the active production of endorphins, normalizes blood glucose levels, and relieves muscle tension.
According to her, active relaxation, massages, spa treatments, dancing, stretching and a warm bath with salt can become an alternative.
She also recommended to monitor the time of work and rest, so as not to bring down the process of recovery of the nervous system.
