The doctor told how to deal with allergies to the cold

Cold allergy symptoms can be minimized by covering the skin as much as possible and avoiding contact with cold objects. Irina Yuzup, Candidate of Medical Sciences, told Moslent about this.

She recalled that an allergy to cold manifests itself in the form of reddening of the skin, blisters and itching. Yuzup warned that antihistamines should not be neglected if they are prescribed by the attending physician. Food and drinks must also be thoroughly reheated.
