The doctor-neurologist outlined the ideal time for a healthy sleep

The ideal time when you need to go to bed at night is individual for each person, and you can calculate it, advises neurologist Andrew Huberman. His recommendations were published by The Sun.
“Does your afternoon energy slump—mild or severe—occur at 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm?” asks the neurologist.
If so, then, in his words, “excluding problems with sleep the previous night or a heavy dinner as the cause of the energy drop, it can be assumed that your ideal sleep time” will come 6-7 hours “after this dip.”
This, according to Huberman, will be the time for perfect healthy sleep. In other words, you just need to track the moment of the daily energy drop and fix its time, and then add 6-7 hours to it.
The doctor’s theory is that if a person begins to feel tired around 3:00 pm, they need to fall asleep between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
At the same time, sleep expert Max Kirsten noted that the ideal time for sleep is different for owls and larks. He believes that it is best to go to bed 7-9 hours before you need to wake up in the morning. The key to healthy sleep, he called going to bed at the same time every night.
Kirsten stressed that “the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep is vital to keeping your brain healthy and active.”
