People over the age of 30 need to move more to reduce fatigue, physiotherapist Vladimir Bondarenko said in an interview with Sputnik radio.
He noted that cyclic sports would be the best option. According to him, as people age, they begin to get tired faster, but this is not necessarily associated with health problems. The doctor noted that the main reason is everyday problems and a reduction in physical activity.
He pointed out that as people age, they have less and less time for physical activity, and adults often have none at all. Bondarenko emphasized that physical activity is absolutely necessary for everyone. He advised finding time to exercise in any case, even if it seems impossible.
He advised people over 30 to ride bicycles, snowboards and skis, walk more, go hiking, play snowballs with children or friends, and go down the slides. According to him, all these processes will inevitably have a positive effect.
