The doctor said that in order to reliably determine the nature of pain, it is necessary to contact specialists of various profiles: a rheumatologist, a cardiologist, an endocrinologist, a neurologist, an oncologist. And only after a comprehensive examination of the body can treatment begin.
And on your own, pain can be relieved by exercises to strengthen the muscles of the back and neck, as well as to increase blood flow.
“Sit up straight,” the doctor teaches, “tighten your muscles and tilt your head to four sides.” The exercise must be repeated for 7 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat the cycle. “You can also do slow head tilts to the right and left,” recommends Sivokoneva.
To prevent pain in the back and neck, the neurologist advises to rest during the day, resting your head on the back of a chair or lying on a pillow. It is important to relax your neck.
