An eating disorder can be indicated by situations in which a person begins to “reward” himself with food, the well-known endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova wrote in her Telegram channel.
She recommended carefully avoiding such an attitude towards eating.
“If you already treat food as the main (if not only) pleasure in life, unfortunately, this speaks of an eating disorder,” Pavlova wrote.
She also pointed out that “rewarding” yourself with food for doing things could be a sign of a depressive disorder.
In any case, such behavior will lead to weight gain and other health complications, Pavlova wrote.
