According to him, in general, the use of sweets in moderation is not harmful to health in the absence of contraindications. But there are also healthy sweets – these are marshmallows, halva and marshmallows.
Alendeev noted that the marshmallow contains glucose, phosphorus and calcium, and helps the circulatory system, as well as lowers cholesterol and stimulates the brain.
In turn, marshmallow has a beneficial effect on digestion, the work of the heart and liver. At the same time, halva is a source of vitamins A, B and E, which are responsible for memory, vision and heart function, the doctor said.
