He threatened to prosecute the man for inaction that led to the girl’s death. The district police officer estimated the exemption from criminal liability at 300 thousand rubles. The victim of blackmail wrote a statement to the internal security department of the Zelenograd police department.
The police officer was detained last Thursday while handing over the money. Colleagues remembered that he was always on his own. For example, when one colleague was leaving for another region, the captain promised to repair his car. Local migrant workers repaired his car for free, and the local police officer charged the policeman 40 thousand rubles for the service provided.
According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, if his guilt is confirmed, he will be dismissed from the authorities, and his managers will bear disciplinary liability.
