The college filed a complaint with the regional court. His panel of judges concluded that absenteeism on August 30 took place. The absence of a teacher from the college on August 31, as the regional court recognized, cannot be considered absenteeism, since Mr. Argunov was in the regional court as a defendant in a case of an administrative offense.
