The Directorate canceled the order of the Divisional Commander of the Russian Guard banning improvement of weapon ergonomics

Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications Alexander Khinshtein reportedwhich was published in the Telegram channel “Two Majors” The order to the soldiers of the Russian Guard to return their weapons to normal condition is genuine. The order was issued by the commander of one of the divisions of the National Guard troops.

The document, published on November 11, states that the storage of small arms should be organized, in particular, “without additional equipment that improves the ergonomics and increases the operational characteristics of the weapon, not included in the delivery package,” purchased at the expense of the military personnel.

According to Alexander Khinshtein, the authenticity of the document was confirmed as a result of an inspection organized at the direction of the leadership of the Russian Guard. “By decision of the higher command, it has already been canceled as unfounded. The leadership of the department will evaluate the actions of the initiative division commander separately,” wrote Mr. Khinshtein.

“I’m sure such stupidity is rare. And the immediate reaction to it from the leadership of the Russian Guard is confirmation of this,” he added. As Alexander Khinshtein noted, although “due to its specifics” this division is not participating in a special military operation in Ukraine, it is necessary to support the initiative of military personnel “tuning” weapons, that is, increasing their effectiveness.
