“They could have killed because of debt”
The death of the former keyboard player of the group “Hands Up” Vladimir Kapyrin came as a shock to everyone who knew him in show business. Let us remind you that the musician was found at home in early October with a broken head. The approximate date of death is given as October 3, although he was discovered later. Money and personal belongings were also missing from the apartment. According to one version, Vladimir was attacked and robbed. The father and friends are confident that the cause of death was violent, although the investigation does not rule out an accident. Many of those who knew the musician still cannot get over what happened. Producer Sergei Dvortsov, former director of Pierre Narcisse, who knew Kapyrin, told MK about one interesting detail that suggests a certain mystical component.
“Volodya and I have been communicating as colleagues and just comrades since 2017. On October 3, 2017, our mutual friend Galina Ivanova was killed. This happened in Bitsa park (according to one version, the girl became a victim of the Bitsa maniac – author’s note). Galya was on our show business team, she worked as a model, participated as an understudy on film sets, and spent a lot of time with the artists. I was shocked that 6 years later, Volodya was also killed on October 3rd. I can’t wrap my head around it! It’s like some kind of mysticism,” Dvortsov shared.
According to Sergei, after leaving “Hands Up,” Kapyrin began a difficult period in his life. And we can even assume the reasons for the attack on the man.
“Volodya was a very kind guy, talented, when he left the group in 2019, he, of course, could not find a place for himself. I started drinking and getting depressed. In order to somehow distract him, his friends invited him to be a guest at all sorts of events, but alas, he refused. I know that he tried to get a job with our colleagues as a keyboard player, but, unfortunately, it didn’t work out. It’s just that each group has its own team of sharks that won’t just accept a newcomer,” said the producer. – They also said that after leaving the group he was fond of gambling, that is, he was playing for something. A month before he passed away, he became noticeably nervous when either I or my friends called him. Therefore, he could even be rude, just say something without thinking. He was kind of confused. It even seemed to me that someone was threatening him. And when I found out that he was killed, I immediately thought that it was because of some kind of debt. I won’t say that Volodya was quiet and calm: as a creative person, he was very emotional, he could get into trouble with someone.
Of course, this is a real tragedy for friends and, of course, first of all for the family. We experienced the death of Pierre Narcisse, and I perfectly understand how difficult and bitter it is to lose people close and dear to you…”
