The details of the rescue of a cat in Shcherbinka have been revealed: he suffered from loneliness

The animal was looked after by a friend of the owner, who went to the hospital

The cat, which was rescued on February 18 from an apartment in Shcherbinka in the Novomoskovsk administrative district of Moscow, was almost completely happy. He still had both water and dry food in his bowls. The poor fellow meowed deafeningly, most likely from loneliness and melancholy.

As MK learned, neighbors sounded the alarm a few days ago when the cat began loudly announcing its presence. To check if the owner was home, residents would put notes on his door asking if everything was okay. No one took out these notes, and people concluded that the pet was left alone in the apartment – hungry and cold. And what’s even worse is that you’re alone with the owner’s corpse.

It was not difficult for neighbors to create a public outcry. Soon, animal rights activists joined their requests to open the apartment, and the management company called rescuers. Imagine their surprise when they saw a well-groomed, well-fed cat in the home, with many toys and rugs scattered throughout the apartment. Feeling that his freedom was being encroached upon, the cat started another scandal. However, he was picked up and taken to a veterinary clinic.

Later it turned out that the tail’s name is Baron, and his deaf-mute owner is undergoing treatment in the hospital. However, the man did not abandon his pet to the mercy of fate. The man’s friend was looking after the cat, but for the last couple of days he had not been able to get out to the Baron. Veterinarians believe that the cat, who had access to food, meowed out of anguish. March and the season of cat weddings have nothing to do with it – the cat is neutered, therefore indifferent to the opposite sex.
