“The project became possible thanks to the well-coordinated and intensive work of the Microsoft Flight Simulator team together with the project team of the ANTONOV State Enterprise … and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine,” the Antonov enterprise says in a Facebook post (owned by the extremist Meta banned in Russia).
The An-225 was the largest and most lifting aircraft in the history of world aviation; on February 25, 2022, its only flying copy was destroyed.
