At the Yakhromskaya, Lianozovo and Fiztekh stations of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya (“light green”) line of the Moscow metro, a technical launch will be carried out in the fall of 2023, and by the end of the year they will be opened to passengers. The length of the new section of the “light green” branch is six kilometers. The opening of the stations will improve transport services in the Dmitrovsky, Vostochnoye Degunino, Beskudnikovsky and Lianozovo districts, as well as in the Severny settlement.
Andrey Bochkarev also said that the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoye Highway, which will become an understudy of the Moscow Ring Road in the new Moscow, will be ready in 2026. According to him, the new railway line from the Kursk railway station to the Square of Three Stations will begin operation before the end of 2023, and the Suvorovskaya metro station of the Koltsevaya line (between Novoslobodskaya and Prospekt Mira) will be built in five years.
In addition, as the deputy mayor said, about 40% of real estate in Moscow, or more than 4 million square meters. m, is planned to be built in the coming years on the territory of the former industrial zones.
