At the same time, “too hard cleaning when a person uses hard brushes, too abrasive pastes or soda with salt” can damage the gums and tooth enamel. There will be bleeding, hypersensitivity.
Further, Kolesnichenko told what needs to be done to keep her teeth in perfect condition. According to her, “to find the ideal brush for yourself in terms of stiffness” and toothpaste, you need to contact your dentist. The doctor explained, in particular, that toothpastes, “of which there are huge quantities … all contain medicinal ingredients that are useful to one and not useful to another.”
