Russian anti-aircraft gunners from the “Center” group covered the positions of artillerymen in the Avdeevka direction, repelling attempts to attack drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the approach of an enemy UAV was detected during monitoring. The target of the Ukrainian drones was Russian artillery.
Having calculated the flight path of the drones, the fighters brought the Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system into the firing position. Air targets were destroyed by missiles at a safe distance.
According to the Russian defense department, since the beginning of the month, anti-aircraft gunners have destroyed more than a dozen Ukrainian drones, such as Leleka and Furia.
