On January 9, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow will consider an administrative case against the Moscow club Mutabor, where Anastasia Ivleeva’s “naked party” took place, as stated in card index court. On December 27, employees of Rospotrebnadzor visited site and identified violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements. The room was sealed. By a court decision, the work of the club may be suspended.
The court’s website states that proceedings have been initiated against Art Center LLC for an administrative violation of Art. 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, namely, violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering for the population in specially equipped places: canteens, restaurants, cafes, bars and other places, including during the preparation of food and drinks, their storage and sale to the population. The court hearing is scheduled for 10:00 January 9, 2024. This article provides for administrative fines, and it is also possible to suspend the operation of the establishment for up to 3 months. There have been no comments from representatives of the site yet; all upcoming club events have been postponed.
On December 21, the Mutabor club hosted a “naked party” for TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva. December 29 Lefortovo court fined Mrs. Ivleeva for 100 thousand rubles. for organizing the party. Several media and advertising companies froze contracts with artists who attended the event. Also the court decidedthat the party was aimed at spreading non-traditional sexual relationships.
