The court returned the claim for division of property to Bondarchuk’s ex-wife

In Moscow, the Simonovsky court returned the claim for the division of jointly acquired property to the ex-wife of Russian director Fyodor Bondarchuk, TV presenter Svetlana Bondarchuk.
As follows from the information on the court’s website, the plaintiff did not comply with the pre-trial settlement procedure established “for this category of cases.”
The director’s ex-wife, according to the telegram channel “Antiglinets”, may have changed her mind about filing a lawsuit.
The lawsuit filed by Svetlana Bondarchuk became known at the end of September.
The couple got married in 1991 and filed for divorce in 2016. They have two children – son Sergei and daughter Varvara.
