The court rejected businessman Morozov’s claim against Ivleeva for 10 million rubles
The court rejected entrepreneur Alexander Morozov’s claim against blogger Anastasia Ivleeva for 10 million rubles due to profanity on her YouTube channel. This follows from the ruling of the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow.
The document notes that the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Ivleeva and Google LLC with a demand to collect 10 million rubles jointly and severally from the defendants and to block without the right to restore the blogger’s Youtube channels on which she published her videos.
The plaintiff also asked the court to order the removal of 84 publications in which the blogger, according to him, used obscene language.
Morozov has already appealed the court’s refusal to the appellate court. No review date has been set at this time.
It was previously known that New Year’s remake of “Ivan Vasilyevich” began with a joke about Ivleeva’s “naked” party.
