Perhaps Oleg Eidelstein did not collect the necessary documents
The Nikulinsky Court of Moscow refused to accept Oleg Eidelstein’s claim to recognize Vladimir Zhirinovsky as his father.
As previously reported, 36-year-old Eidelstein demanded to be recognized as the son of the LDPR leader who died in early 2022. Apparently, in this way he hoped to receive part of his father’s inheritance. Recall that Eidelstein’s mother, as he himself claims, met Zhirinovsky during his trip to Cuba. At one time, Oleg bore the surname Gazdarov – after his mother.
As it became known to MK, on Monday, August 7, the Nikulinsky court refused to accept Eidelstein’s claim. This is usually done if the plaintiff has not collected the necessary documents or if the claim itself is not within the jurisdiction of this court (on a territorial or legal basis).
