The court recovered billions of rubles from the life-sentenced Arashukov to Gazprom

In favor of the Russian corporation Gazprom, more than 4.4 billion rubles were recovered from Raul Arashukov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment. This decision was made today by the Moscow City Court.
Money collected from Arashukov to Poland by OAO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Cherkessk – 4 million 400 thousand rubles, in compensation to Gazprom Stavropol – 740 million 71 thousand rubles, in favor of Mezhregiongaz Stavropol – 3 billion 234 million rubles, in favor of OAO ” Gazprom Ryatigorsk – 472 million rubles.
The Moscow City Court also recovered 9 million rubles from Raul Arashukov in favor of the injured relatives of the murdered Fral Shebzukhov and Aslan Zhukov. Another 10 million rubles in favor of the victims was recovered from the son of Raul Arashukov, ex-senator Rauf Arashukov.
Earlier it became known that the Moscow City Court sentenced former senator Rauf Arashukov and his father Raul Arashukov to life imprisonment, their four accomplices went to prison for terms of 5 to 22 years.
