The Savyolovsky Court of Moscow recovered 350 thousand rubles from the Mash Telegram channel. according to the claim of singer Yegor Creed (real name Bulatkin) due to a post about his involvement in tax evasion, reported TASS press service of the court.

It is clarified that the claim was partially satisfied – Yegor Creed demanded to recover 1 million rubles from Mash. The court found the information disseminated by the Telegram channel to be untrue and decided to prohibit its distribution and refute it within 10 days after the court decision entered into legal force, the agency reports.

According to the materials of the case, which TASS reviewed, the reason for the lawsuit was a Mash post dated April 29, 2023, in which it was alleged that Yegor Creed was included in the “black list of information gypsies” compiled by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and they were going to check him for involvement in tax evasion and money laundering.

This is the artist’s second lawsuit against Mash. In June, the artist sued the Telegram channel for a publication claiming that the singer received 4.5 million rubles. for participation in the “Conversations about Important” project. According to TASS, this claim is now being considered by the Savelovsky Court.
