The Lefortovo Court of Moscow considered that Ivleeva’s “naked party” at the Mutabor club was aimed at spreading non-traditional sexual relationships. This was stated in the order for the arrest of rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasilyev), which the agency reviewed TASS.
“On December 21, citizen Vasiliev N.M. was identified, who participated in a themed party at the Mutabor nightclub, aimed at promoting non-traditional sexual relationships, expressed in the dissemination of information aimed at the formation of non-traditional sexual attitudes, the attractiveness of non-traditional sexual relationships using the media Internet networks,” the document says.
Previously Lefortovo Court of Moscow arrested rapper Vacio to 15 days for participating in a party. Judge Albina Gelikhanova also imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles on him. for promoting non-traditional sexual relations (Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), it is stated in the case materials. The court found that the rapper distributed publications on Telegram channels aimed at promoting non-traditional sexual relationships.
On December 21, blogger Anastasia Ivleeva organized a party with an almost naked dress code at the Moscow club Mutabor. The event was attended, in particular, by Philip Kirkorov, Ksenia Sobchak, Lolita, Dzhigan and rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev). MTS, VK, TNT, NTV, as well as other media and advertising companies slowed down cooperation with Ms. Ivleeva and the party participants. Against Anastasia Ivleeva also filed claim for 1 billion rubles.
